We prepare reference standards and samples to the requirements of the relevant standards or to your own individual requirements. We also make samples for competence tests and for verifying NDT personnel. Every sample can be supplied with documentation covering its characteristics, dimensions and the results of the measurements taken.

Calibration standards for NDT
X-TEST manufactures calibration standards and reference samples for calibrating, setting up and verifying equipment used in non-destructive testing. We make them from suitably selected materials, in line with the requirements of the relevant standards or with technical documentation.
We make standards to the requirements of PN-EN, EN, ISO, ASTM and ASME, and to individual specifications and customer documentation. Dimensions, material and the type and position of reflectors or discontinuities are matched to the testing method and the application.
Depending on the requirements, a standard can be supplied with measurement documentation confirming how it was made and the parameters determined.
